What You'll Do

• and Tasks: • Cleanroom AMC scopes including MA/MB/MC sample preparation and sampling schedule . • Cleanroom ESD measurement for EPA management. • Cleanroom particle sampling and metal swab sampling. • Cleanroom material test and verification report summary. • Responsible to sensors management, include excursion follow up, trouble shoot, maintenance/calibration, performance check and spare parts management/purchase. • Responsible to cleanroom 6S, safety, audit, data accuracy and metrics performance. • Efficiently control and response cleanroom ISO requirement. • Responsible to pre-task/SOP as well as lead excursions/OCAP follow up. 職責與任務： • 潔淨室 AMC 範疇，包括 MA/MB/MC 樣品準備與採樣排程。 • 潔淨 室防靜電物品 量 測與管理。 • 潔淨室粒子採樣與金屬拭子採樣。 • 潔淨 室材料測試與驗證報告彙整。 • 負責感測器管理，包括異常追蹤、故障排除、維護 / 校正、效能檢查與備品管理 / 採購。 • 負責潔淨室 6S 、安全、稽核、數據準確性與指標績效。 • 有效控管並回應潔淨室 ISO 要求。 • 負責任務前準備/SOP 撰寫，並主導異常處理 /OCAP 追蹤。 About Micron Technology, Inc.
