What You'll Do
- will include: Establishing and improving process condition and technology.
- Upgrading process capability and reducing production cost.
- Establishing and modifying process management projects.
- Setting up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
- Evaluating, promoting, and planning new equipment and materials.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of process engineering concepts and methodologies.
- Conducting abnormal analysis and improvement.
Nice to Have
- Previous internship or project experience in a related field.
- Familiarity with process optimization techniques and tools.
- Proven ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with data analysis and statistical process control.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
