TD CVD/DIFF/IMPLANT Process MDE Manager (Process Development Support)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience Experience in thin films process development including CVD, PVD, or related areas Demonstrated leadership in a technical or manufacturing environment Strong problem-solving and communication skills Understanding of deposition physics, kinetics, or transport phenomena referred Qualifications: PhD or MS or equivalent experience with 5+ years, or BS with 10+ years of semiconductor experience Deep knowledge of thin film deposition and related process technologies Experience in shift-based manufacturing or R&D environments Strong multi-functional collaboration and mentoring experience Experience Applying Artificial Intelligence to improve engineering workflows As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
