Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, agency, RPO, or contract recruiting environments.
• Experience collaborating directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting for professional, technical, engineering, or operations roles.
• Strong skills in interviewing, evaluating candidates, and managing relationships.
• Experience applying applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for semiconductor, technology, engineering, manufacturing, or advanced technology organizations.
• Experience supporting high-volume and specialized technical hiring.
• Understanding of talent market dynamics, workforce planning, and recruiting analytics.
• Experience working within a global organization.
• Proven ability to influence senior collaborators and achieve strategic hiring results.
• Experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern recruiting technologies.

• The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $107,000.00 - $183,000.00 a year Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
• Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
