Tactical Capacity Engineer(Taichung/Tongluo/Taoyuan)

About This Role

• As a Tactical Capacity engineer, you will be responsible for supervising and summarizing short-term capacity through analysis and communication.
• You will oversee the capacity heatmap (semi-automated : Fazer), identify and communicate opportunity for performance to plan gap improvement, and proposing maxout directions of capacity opportunities.
• You will also need to work with various departments in aligning capacity business rule, leading maxout project, and setting up capacity report and indices.
• In performing this role, you will apply both industrial engineering and manufacturing science concepts to manage capacity and related metrics.
• Manage capacity heatmap for line direction visibility.
• Cross departments communication on capacity and related metrics.
• Working closely with both ME/IE Engineers in analysis and find out opportunities of capacity.
• Identify capacity gap through industrial engineering and manufacturing science training.
• Creation and validation of capacity indices/metrics and reports.
• Analysis and summarize capacity related metrics performance to plan gap.
• Offload project.
• Utilization project.
• System enhance with DX team, ex: auto function by logical.
