Supplier Engagement & Enablement PM

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field 8+ years of proven experience in procurement, supplier engagement, enablement, or transformation roles Experience developing and scaling enterprise-level engagement or enablement strategies that move adoption and behavioral change across complex collaborator groups Experience working across global and regional environments Strong ability to connect strategy to execution across multiple programs Preferred Qualifications MBA or advanced degree Experience with procurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, or equivalent) Experience supporting or leading supplier lifecycle, SRM, or sourcing transformation programs Familiarity with adoption and change frameworks Exposure to digital, automation, or AI-enabled procurement capabilities As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
