Staff/Senior Engineer, PROCT FE Cost Excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent proven experience 4 plus years experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, operations, or program management Understanding of Front End semiconductor manufacturing processes and business operations with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills Experience leading or coordinating multi-functional initiatives and getting results through teamwork Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a dynamic environment Experience developing dashboards, reporting tools, or business process improvement frameworks Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field 6 plus years experience leading cost reduction, productivity improvement, or operational excellence initiatives Knowledge of data analytics, programming, automation tools, or AI-enabled solutions Experience developing dashboards, reporting tools, or business process improvement frameworks Strong project and program management skills with experience driving complex initiatives across multiple organizations Experience measuring and improving team or program effectiveness through defined performance metrics Experience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes .
