What You'll Do

• and Tasks Lead and continuously improve the PAC business processes, continual improvement project and BKM alignment Facilitate and drive global peer groups to align strategy and roadmap to achieve area objectives.
• Build metrics with clear line of sight to strategic objectives.
• Drive alignment to demonstrate performance improvement and hold accountability to those decisions.
• Share the best methods across all sites regardless of technology and site mission differences.
• Review and lead current Micron Sites PAC performance, identify gaps and opportunities to achieve BIC performance.
• Lead PAC alignment and improvement to meet Micron PAC objectives.
• Align procedures and define requirements based on technical assessment and lesson learns.
• Drive continuous improvement in multiple aspects such as safety, Capex, cash cost, equipment performance, sustainability, new technology introduction, first of a kind tool enablement and etc.
• Engaging suppliers for Continuously improvement to achieve BIC PAC performance.
• Develop and improve Micron PAC documentations when is needed, includes PAC specification, PAC configuration and related process qualification data.
• Project Management Prioritize and lead numerous projects based on Fab and corporate objectives.
• Move projects effectively through project lifecycle – definition, planning, implementation, acceptance and review.
• Motivate partners and all project team members to take ownership of project successes.
• Lead priorities and enhancements to improve business processes and existing systems that are global in nature.
• Define metrics to gauge project success and Promote worldwide sharing and transfer of area-specific domain knowledge.
• Communicate and respond to issues in a timely manner, with a cadence appropriate to the priority of the issue.
• Organize and apply time and resources effectively.
• Constantly evaluate self, approach and goals.
• Demonstrate a commitment to quality in work.
• Complete assignments in an accurate, thorough and timely manner.
• Display self-motivation/initiative to complete work, training, or projects.
