Staff Engineer, PD Adv NAND Photolithography

Requirements

• / Experience PhD ≥3 yrs, or Master’s ≥5 yrs, or Bachelor’s ≥7 yrs of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field, with demonstrated experience in semiconductor photolithography process development.
• Must ‑ Have Technical Skills Proven track record in contributing and accomplishing photolithography process & equipment roadmaps Deep knowledge in optics, immersion lithography, polarized illumination, and low k1 imaging Proficiency in lithography simulation tools, material characterization, DOE, SPC, and basic statistical data analysis Must ‑ Have Soft Skills Technical ownership & accountability Structured problem-solving Cross-functional collaboration Highly Desirable / Preferred Experience with advanced DUV and exposure to EUV Supplier interaction and early technology adoption experience AI Requirements Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role appropriate AI literacy to use AI enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.
