STAFF ENGINEER, ASIC Design

What You'll Do

• Develop RTL for SSD/NAND/DDR controllers (data path, DMA, scheduling).
• Implement protocols: NVMe, PCIe, DDR, ONFI/Toggle NAND.
• Optimize for performance, latency, and power .
• Support verification, integration, and silicon debug.
• AI for Automation (Nice to have) Apply AI/ML techniques for: RTL design automation and code generation Failure triage and debug analysis Performance tuning and workload prediction Use scripting ( Python ) for automation and data analysis.
• Requirements Strong SystemVerilog/Verilog RTL design skills Experience in storage or memory controller design Knowledge of high-speed interfaces and SoC integration About Micron Technology, Inc.
