Staff Design Engineer, DRAM

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience 5 years of experience in CMOS and VLSI circuit design across digital and analog domains Hands-on mixed-signal design experience, including schematic design, layout, and circuit simulation using industry-standard tools Experience with power distribution design, parasitic modeling, and tape-out flows Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field DRAM or memory circuit design experience, including arrays, periphery, or datapath Familiarity with PEX and PVT corner analysis Experience using Generative AI tools (Copilot, Claude, or internal flows) for design, documentation, or debug As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
