What You'll Do

• Program, Analytics, and Reporting Develop, maintain, and improve global performance dashboards, benchmark trending, and executive-ready reports.
• Maintain project, program, and achievement tracking tools.
• Support monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Assist with automation and AI-enabled reporting solutions.
• Leading Organizational Change and Driving Adoption Partner with global program leads to plan, complete, and sustain organizational change initiatives.
• Assess change impacts to site teams and collaborators.
• Develop and deliver change enablement artifacts.
• Coordinate site onboarding and rollout activities.
• Supervise adoption, compliance, and efficiency.
• Teamwork & Collaborator Engagement Collaborate with site teams, program owners, and partners.
• Promote regular feedback exchanges and ongoing refinement.
• Oversight, Regulatory Alignment, and Continuous Advancement Support data reviews, audits, and compliance checks.
• Reinforce standard work and governance cadence.
• Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting organizational change.
• Strong analytical skills paired with effective presentation skills.
