Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field. 10+ years of procurement, supply chain, category management, capital equipment, engineering, or semiconductor industry experience.
• Proven ability in leading complex negotiations and strategic supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical, financial, and collaborator management skills.
• Ability to influence across organizational and geographical boundaries.
• Preferred Qualifications Semiconductor capital equipment experience.
• Experience supporting Technology Development or advanced node programs.
• Knowledge of supplier cost structures and should-cost methodologies.
• Experience engaging supplier executives and leading global sourcing strategies.
• Strong business insight and executive communication skills.
