What You'll Do
- External Ownership & Collaborator Leadership Act as Micron’s single‑point owner for external execution and partner with government agencies, land and permitting authorities, science parks, and infrastructure partners to ensure the collaboration.
- Drive the outcomes through engagement with multiple partners and ensure the expansion timing and capacity readiness Site, Land, and Expansion Strategy Lead land and site strategy supporting multi‑phase expansion, including acquisition / lease structures, zoning and permitting pathways, and title readiness Ensure long‑term scalability, flexibility, and compliance, proactively mitigating constraints that limit future expansion optionality Resource, Policy, and Risk Leadership Ensure scalable and efficient resource and infrastructure readiness to support capacity growth.
- Translate policy, regulatory, environmental, and geopolitical complexity into executable strategies within corporate risk thresholds Investment Enablement & Real Asset Strategy Lead incentive and subsidy strategies, integrating Legal, Finance, Tax, and Corporate Strategy to ensure governance and value realization Coordinate real asset planning, valuation, and partner governance aligned with long‑term manufacturing and footprint strategy Program Governance Govern high complex, multi‑year expansion programs which is required clear achievements, critical issue mechanisms, and accountability.
- Propose structured execution plans when facing external uncertainty and demonstrate clear ownership and provide predictable delivery People Management Lead the team including engineers and program managers supporting Government grants, permits, and incentives.
- Build the knowledge for land development and preparation for infrastructure within the team and develop the succession depth.
- Equip the team for consistent execution despite external and regulatory dependency uncertainties.
- Manage resource planning and workload balancing to support execution priorities and team sustainability.
