Sr Manager, STPG PE NAND

What You'll Do

• s, but not limited to: · Lead, develop and mentor a team of reliability engineers. · Work with NAND Reliability Architecture /TD/Media architecture/System integration teams to define and develop reliability stress, test flows and test plans to cover all Product Reliability aspects. · Responsible for NAND Component Reliability testing execution to meet the aggressive timeline by managing the project schedule and collaborating with Reliability Operation teams for test plan execution. · Analyze large amounts of reliability data and present it to cross functional teams to assess reliability capacity, defining reliability gaps and drive for resolution and improvements. · Debug and identify root cause and failures in reliability tests by electric failure analysis(EFA) and Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) and drive for resolution and improvements through cross functional team collaboration. · Work closely with Global Quality team to define qualification plan, review the qualification execution progress and drive cross functional taskforce for qualification gating issue resolution.
• AI/ML expectations • Experience or desire to learn generative AI and large language models (LLMs) and to use these tools develop agentic workflows to improve productivity • Ability to extract data from different databases via SQL and other query languages and applying data cleansing, outlier identification, and missing data techniques. • Experience with or desire to learn Machine learning and other advanced analytical methods Requirements: · Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. · Minimum 10 years working experience related to NAND Reliability or Product Development. · Good understanding of NAND device operation, Reliability testing and NAND-System integration. · Good knowledge of semiconductor processing and device physics. · Good knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools. · Strong communication and problem-solving skills in cross-functional setups. · Excellent Problem solving and Analytical skills. · Self-motivated and enthusiastic. · Strong leadership characters.
