Sr. Manager of Facilities Construction - Progressive Build

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience leading large-scale construction or capital programs Proven success building and managing complex, multi-disciplinary teams Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Excellent communication, decision-making, and risk management skills Preferred Qualifications: PMP or similar project management certification Experience in semiconductor, data center, pharmaceutical, or advanced manufacturing environments Experience with progressive build or fast-track project delivery models Track record of schedule acceleration while maintaining safety and quality Experience scaling organizations in fast-paced, high-growth environments As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
