What You'll Do

• Establish and improve process conditions and technologies.
• Upgrade process capabilities to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.
• Establish and modify process management projects.
• Set up process parameters for various semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluate, promote, and plan new equipment and materials.
• Analyze and improve abnormal process conditions.
• Additional Responsibilities Improve yield by working on tools, processes, or wafer fabrication recipes.
• Troubleshoot wafer fabrication problems and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with other process areas to understand and control process deviations.
• Conduct long-term investigations of defect issues, working extensively with shift engineering and other functional areas.
• Evaluate products to ensure they meet required build and performance specifications.
• Research and recommend process improvements or equipment changes to efficiently manufacture new products or part types.
