What You'll Do

• – Senior Process Integration Engineer Own and govern HBM Global Change Process (GCP) from a PI perspective Serve as the process integration authority for site GCP governance, including review and alignment of GCP class levels.
• Ensure Engineer technical accountability in GCP approvals by reviewing and auditing sign‑off behaviors, and strengthening overall change governance maturity at the site.
• Lead complex process integration problem solving Drive end‑to‑end analysis and resolution of complex cross‑process integration issues that impact yield, reliability, and manufacturing stability in high‑volume production.
• Own and optimize process windows and manufacturing baselines Define, optimize, and govern robust process windows and integration baselines, ensuring alignment across upstream and downstream processes.
• Lead integration TFT & strategy for process, equipment, and materials Plan and execute integration‑level evaluations for new or modified processes, tools, and materials, enabling effective implementation of critical process and flow changes.
• Provide technical leadership for yield and cost improvement Serve as a technical leader in continuous yield improvement and cost‑reduction initiatives using data‑driven and risk‑based decision making.
• Drive qualification and deployment of new process baselines Lead qualification, validation, and global deployment of new process baselines to support new product introduction, technology transitions, and production ramp.
• Support advanced process control and data analytics Support and leverage advanced process control systems (e.g., SPC, FDC, APC) to ensure sustainable process performance and early risk detection.
• Enable site‑to‑site process portability Drive alignment and knowledge transfer to ensure consistent integration strategy and successful technology replication across manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and suppliers Work closely with module engineering, yield, equipment, product teams, and key suppliers to balance quality, cost, and manufacturing risk.
• Represent process integration in critical reviews and audits Act as the process integration representative in technical reviews, audits, and critical escalations, ensuring strong governance and documentation readiness.
