About This Role

• We are seeking a motivated Power / Electrical Engineering Intern to join our team.
• This internship provides hands-on experience in power systems and facility-related electrical engineering within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Qualifications • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Energy Engineering , or other related engineering disciplines • Basic knowledge of electrical power systems , substations, or industrial electrical facilities is a plus • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage • Good communication skills in English ; Mandarin is a plus Personal Attributes • Proactive, responsible, and self-motivated • Strong willingness to learn and accept new challenges • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment • Careful, organized, and safety-conscious Responsibilities • Assist engineers with power system analysis, documentation, and data collection • Support daily activities related to electrical facilities, substations, or utility systems • Participate in engineering reviews, site inspections, and improvement projects • Help prepare technical reports, drawings, and presentations Career Development • Demonstrates strong interest in long-term career development at Micron • Aspires to grow into a full-time electrical or power engineer after graduation • Ability to leverage AI to enhance personal productivity and independently identify AI use cases. • Work Location: Must be willing to work in the Tongluo (Miaoli) or Houli (Taichung) areas to support future plant construction needs, and potentially provide support at other Micron sites. 1.
• AI & Digital Transformation 2.Leverage AI-enabled tools including Microsoft Copilot, data analytics platforms, and automation technologies to improve project execution, engineering productivity, and decision-making efficiency. 3.Identify opportunities for AI adoption, workflow automation, and digital transformation across facilities engineering, construction management, and operational processes. 4.Drive implementation of AI-based reporting, data analysis, risk assessment, and construction management solutions.
