What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with customers and system enablers on memory fault management in systems (Reliability, Addressability, and Serviceability).
  • Analyze large-scale datasets to extract outstanding insights and inform decision-making.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of Micron products and customer platforms to ensure flawless integration.
  • Continually acquire new skills and knowledge relating to memory, systems, and data analytics.
  • Characterize and debug DRAM errors while providing feedback to internal teams and customers.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to improve build and manufacturing quality.
  • Leverage product datasheets and documentation to deeply understand product and system functions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Data/Statistical Analytics.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Productive and efficient time management skills, leading to more effective work.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for conveying ideas to customers and teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience within the semiconductor field.
  • Memory product engineering and/or system compatibility expertise.
  • Proven Python coding experience.
  • Experience with AI-assisted programming (Claude code, Roo code, etc.).
  • SQL/Cloud Database processing experience.
