Sr. Circuit Design Engineer - DRAM Design

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience 6+ years of experience in digital or RTL circuit design Strong experience with RTL design, STA, and timing closure Experience with power delivery network circuit design and optimization Proficiency in UNIX and Cadence design environments Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering Experience with synthesis tools and IC compilers Hands-on experience with circuit verification, layout verification, and parasitic extraction Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
