SR. AI Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. 3+ years of experience building and delivering production web or AI applications end to end.
• Proven experience delivering solutions in complex, cross-functional environments and collaborating with data science, robotics, operations, and infrastructure teams.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Go, Python, Rust, or JavaScript.
• Proficiency with SQL and experience working with relational or non-relational data stores, including but not limited to Snowflake, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform, such as GCP, Azure, or AWS, as well as Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native application development, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, performance optimization, observability, and reliability engineering.
• Preferred Qualifications Experience designing AI agents, multi-agent collaboration patterns, and autonomous workflow orchestration, including integration with LLMs and other AI models to solve complex business challenges.
• Experience designing data ingestion and feature pipelines for AI/ML workloads at scale.
• Understanding of Responsible AI principles, model evaluation, observability, and safe AI deployment practices.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, smart manufacturing, industrial automation, robotics, or another high-reliability engineering environment.
• What Success Looks Like ML/AI use cases to progress efficiently from concept to reliable production deployment.
• Delivered solutions create measurable improvements in manufacturing productivity, quality, decision-making, or engineering efficiency.
• AI applications meet agreed standards for security, reliability, maintainability, performance, and responsible use.
• Reusable engineering patterns and components reduce delivery time and improve consistency across future AI projects.
