SOFTWARE ENGINEER

What You'll Do

• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements. ​ Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one ’ s scope of work. ​ Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role ‑ appropriate AI literacy to use AI ‑ enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem ‑ solving, operational tasks, and achieving business​ To further shape modern high-volume semiconductor site with more fully automation capability, you will be responsible to use all leading-edge technology to enabled advanced systematic solution so that business values can be delivered effectively.
• To accomplish that, the ideal candidate needs to demonstrate adaptive and agility characteristics to co-work with multi-functional teams worldwide in projects.
• Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree(or above) major in Information Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Have experience in application development is preferred.
• Interested in system development, maintenance and performance improvement.
• Familiar with Perl、Linux.
• Nice to have TCL、Java、C#、Python、C/C++ is preferable.
• Experience in system developing of Semiconductor FAB will be precedentially considered.
• Good English language skill.
• AI-related skills (LLM, Agent, Agentic AI, Cloud Assist , Copilot..etc) and experience are highly preferred.
