Requirements

• PhD with 8+ years, MS with 12+ years, or BS with 15+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience in semiconductor process development, equipment development, integration, advanced manufacturing, or technology commercialization.
• Strong understanding of front-end semiconductor manufacturing and process/equipment interaction.
• Track record of leading complex technical programs involving multiple organizations and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and influence skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a global, highly matrixed environment.
• Preferred Qualifications Extensive experience spanning both technology development and high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated success translating technology concepts into scalable manufacturing solutions.
• Experience working closely with semiconductor equipment suppliers and industry partners.
• Recognized technical leadership through patents, publications, industry presentations, or significant technical achievements.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Key unit process areas and relevant process integration Advanced memory technologies Equipment architecture and subsystem development Advanced packaging or heterogeneous integration Manufacturing technology roadmap development Equipment productivity and cost optimization Desired Leadership Attributes Strategic thinker with a long-term technology vision.
• Strong systems-level understanding of semiconductor manufacturing.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority.
• Capable of building alignment across diverse technical and operational organizations.
• Passion for technical innovation, organizational learning, and developing future leaders.
