Shift DRAM Process Integration Engineer

What You'll Do

• Monitor progress and manage prioritization of development lots Prepare measurement processes, acquire data, organize results, and generate reports Perform visual inspections and SEM-based wafer observations, and compile evaluation findings Respond promptly to abnormalities and support recovery activities Retrieve wafers and coordinate delivery to the Lab Perform duties under a four-days-on, four-days-off shift schedule Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher Work experience in the semiconductor industry Knowledge of or practical experience with semiconductor processes or devices Strong communication skills for smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders in Japanese.
