• Lead and initiate ground breaking projects through patents/technical papers.
• Communicate and collaborate with partners both locally and globally.

• Be part of the continuous worldwide R&D engagement with suppliers pushing for breakthrough You should possess Bachelor/Masters in Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Physics and related field of studies.
• Strong aptitude for research and development and ability to create production-worthy technologies.
• Ability to develop and maintain relations with multi-functional teams and vendors.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
• Highly motivated and adaptable to demanding, dynamic and rapidly changing work environment.
