Senior RAM Quality Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in RDA, HVM, TD, or a 300mm semiconductor manufacturing environment Minimum 5 years of semiconductor fabrication process experience, including process mechanisms and manufacturing tool sets Experience analyzing manufacturing data, investigating process anomalies, and supporting process control or quality initiatives Strong technical, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with metrology, defect inspection, or RDA-related semiconductor processes Knowledge of data analysis, scripting, coding, or other data manipulation techniques Experience performing root cause analysis, anomaly investigations, and process improvement projects Demonstrated ability to drive change, solve complex technical problems, and collaborate across global teams Experience using AI-assisted analytics to enhance data interpretation, anomaly detection, and yield improvement initiatives As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
