Senior Project Manager, Construction Trades

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in construction project management, construction sourcing, labor‑program management, or capital project delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the field.
• Confirmed experience supporting large‑scale construction projects, industrial builds, or capital programs.
• Hands‑on experience coordinating construction workforce initiatives on active jobsites , including working alongside field construction teams, superintendents, or project controls, with responsibility for union engagement, workforce planning, and compliance oversight.
• Strong deal-making, problem‑solving, and cost‑management skills.
• Confirmed ability to be a phenomenal partner across prime contractors, subcontractors, labor organizations, and external partners.
• Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting workforce initiatives for mega fabs, semiconductor facilities, or complex industrial environments.
• Familiarity with Project Labor Agreements (PLAs) and labor-program adherence on large construction projects.
• Experience working with multi‑site or high‑volume construction programs.
• Background in workforce development, skilled‑trades pipeline expansion, or community‑based labor initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills, including use of labor‑market data and cost modeling to aid project execution.
• The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $101,000.00 - $215,000.00 a year Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
