Senior Product Quality Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, Physics, or related engineering field, or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor quality, manufacturing, or process engineering Familiarity with semiconductor process flows and failure analysis methods Experience with statistical tools such as SPC, DOE, regression analysis, or deviation‑management systems Strong ability to analyze data, communicate findings, and coordinate across teams Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, Physics, or related engineering field Internship or project experience in semiconductor or electronics industries Experience with yield analysis tools, reliability assessments, or WLR methodologies Knowledge of ISO standards or audit procedures ASQ CQE or similar quality certification As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
