Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, including photolithography or track systems.
• Experience working with equipment installation, qualification, and high-volume manufacturing operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including use of data analysis, design of experiments (DOE), or defect reduction methods.
• Experience leading projects across teams or sites and delivering measurable results.
• Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Experience working with EUV materials, including resist behavior and process integration.
• Proven track record of reducing material usage or improving cost efficiency in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with quality systems and structured problem-solving methods (such as 8D or similar).
• Experience working with external suppliers and global teams in a manufacturing environment.
