• Experience with payroll systems, time and attendance systems, or HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar platforms) Experience working in a multinational company or outsourced payroll environment Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, or payroll control activities Experience contributing to process improvement, system implementation, or payroll transformation initiatives Interest in or exposure to digitalization, automation, or AI-driven process improvements Business-level English proficiency AI proficiency in Co-pilot, AI assistant and any other applicable LLMs .
• About the Role / Team You will be part of the Japan Payroll team within a global organization, working closely with global and regional stakeholders while ensuring high standards of payroll operations in Japan.
