Senior Member of Technical Staff (SMTS) – Process Development, Dry Etch, NAND

Requirements

• / Experience PhD ≥ 12 yrs , or Master’s ≥ 1 5 yrs, of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field, in Dry Etch With e xtensive dry etch PD experience Evidence of external/industry recognition and ability to represent the organization technically innovation leader: patents, publications, invited talks, leadership roles in technical committees/consortia.
• Must-have technical skills Advanced dry etch process development, FOAK execution, and strong mechanistic understanding of plasma etch physics/chemistry.
• Strong DOE/SPC/control strategy competency.
• Must-have soft skills High-influence leadership across teams/sites; strong mentoring and executive-ready communication.
• Highly desirable / preferred AI-enabled analysis / automation capability aligned to process robustness and monitoring improvements (where applicable).
