• Micron is looking for a Senior Manager – IP development group in India to be a part of a design team targeting critical IP circuits development for all DRAM related memory products.
• In this position, you will be responsible for leading IP circuit design group in India.
• Use of both analog and digital CMOS design skills needed to guide the team to work on the various analog and digital IP circuits.
• Also, responsible for working with Product Engineering to verify silicon performance vs simulation performance of circuits you design.
• Some of the circuits we target are I/O's, voltage regulators, generators, amplifiers, oscillators, pumps, translators, fuse array, DLL and standard control logic.
• Will also work with Process integration and transistor modeling personnel in designing the circuits to be used on Micron's next leading-edge process node.
• Successful candidates for this position will have: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 12+ years of experience Strong background in leading big circuit design team.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to other design peers both verbally and written Both analog and digital design and simulation experience required Experience with circuit verification and optimization including layout verification and parasitic extractions of the circuits DRAM circuit design experience is preferred DRAM array knowledge is preferred Understanding of device physics and basic CMOS processing techniques preferred Proficiency with UNIX and CADENCE design environment (Simulation, Schematic entry, SPF extraction) Proactively solicit inputs from Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to ensure the design quality Actively mentor and enable teams to explore and leverage AI-related tools in day-to-day tasks Knowledge and exposure in Finesim and/or HSpice Knowledge with power network analysis Lead, mentor and enable teams to explore and leverage AI-related tools in day-to-day tasks.
