Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related discipline.
• Significant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, or operations leadership.
• Experience leading global sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations.
• Demonstrated success managing strategic supplier relationships and complex business negotiations with strong analytical, financial, and commercial acumen.
• Experience influencing and collaborating across global organizations.
• Preferred Qualifications Semiconductor industry experience.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Industrial gas, specialty gas, chemical, materials, facilities, utilities, or capital equipment sourcing experience.
• Experience supporting global manufacturing expansions and technology transitions, and experience supporting Front End and/or Back End manufacturing operations MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
