Senior Manager, FE Global Planning Scenario and Capital (SG)

What You'll Do

• Achieve the business objectives (below) through Partnering with collaborators and other personnel to deliver on business requirements, provide solutions and build strong peer relationships Encouraging team member growth and development through communication of direct goals, clear expectations, challenging performance targets, and performance management Promoting a positive work environment and demonstrate and role model behaviors aligned to the Micron Values Ensuring data is accurate and used to drive appropriate decisions Communicating with Fab and external partners to support business processes and drive continuous improvement Creating, anticipating, communicating, and adjusting area priorities and plans to meet the demands of the business Ensuring team members have required training and job critical skills and knowledge Maintaining training and development materials for area and drive culture of continuous innovation Knowing expectation policies and partner closely with HR to ensure compliance Completing all required safety training and ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with safety policies Business objectives: Providing capacity analysis for strategic business plan options that feed monthly S&OP SRx scenarios.
• Providing line of sight to overall Micron Capital Budget and saving Projects update. (biweekly/ Monthly) Business Plan process improvement.
• Monthly Pre-SRx scenario study process improvement.
• Setting standards for new node introduction (EFF and ramp).
• Providing planning and integration support for emerging projects around current capacity, merger or acquisitions.
• Ad Hoc capacity studies.
• Greenfield planning Site Capex management (baseline capex analysis, profiling, Capex strategy support, accurate forecasting) Job Requirement Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science,, or related field.
• Proven ability in semiconductor planning and leadership experience.
• Strong Frontend semiconductor fab process knowledge, with working understanding of planning systems and tools and proven Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Proven leader of sophisticated, cross‑functional initiatives, able to translate ambiguity into structured solutions with strong execution, prioritization, and project management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and influence skills, with experience in capacity, business, or process analysis and the ability to drive alignment across technical and non‑technical partners.
• Experience in people and resource leadership, including team development, mentoring, conflict management, and effective allocation of resources to achieve business outcomes.
