Senior Industrial Engineer – AI Enablement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field Over 2 years of experience in semiconductor capacity planning, business analysis, or process engineering Experience with generative AI tools Experience analyzing data, forming recommendations, and presenting results clearly Ability to work across Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience modeling front‑end semiconductor manufacturing capacity & data science experience Experience working independently with strong organization and execution discipline Proficiency communicating insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences Demonstrated success building cross‑functional partnerships As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
