Senior Financial Analyst - MCBU Finance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 3+ years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or related field.
• Proficiency using AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini) to accelerate workflows and develop financial analysis.
• Strong eye for business and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present effectively to senior leadership.
• Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for process improvements, especially using AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Persistence in working through complex challenges with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
• Experience working with financial information systems (SAP and/or SQL preferred).
• Passion for rigorous financial analysis and taking a data driven approach to business decision making.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively and influence outcomes in a positive way.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic, high visibility environment.
• The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $79,000.00 - $179,000.00 a year Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
