Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical field 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, mask operations, lithography, process engineering, or a related technical discipline Strong understanding of reticle manufacturing, fracture techniques, CD metrology, and tapeout processes Proven experience leading technical projects and driving process improvements in a manufacturing environment Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills Demonstrated commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical field Experience with reticle manufacturing, mask data preparation, OPC, fracture flows, tapeout operations, or related semiconductor processes Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing environments and technology transfer activities Experience applying AI tools, workflow automation, or advanced analytics to improve engineering productivity and business processes Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical improvement initiatives across multiple sites Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex process interactions and drive data-driven decisions Experience implementing best-known methods (BKMs) and standardizing processes across global organizations As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
