Senior Engineer, Metals/Films/Implant Adv DRAM

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience 5 years of relevant experience including industry work or graduate research Solid understanding of solid‑state physics, metals, surfaces, and interfaces Hands-on experience with thin‑film deposition or etch tools in a lab or cleanroom Knowledge of chemical kinetics applied to CVD, ALD, or PVD processes Preferred Qualifications: Experience in semiconductor process development or manufacturing Proficiency in data analysis, statistics, and experimental design Experience with thin‑film characterization techniques such as SEM, TEM, SIMS, or XPS Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and take process ownership Experience applying AI, automation, or coding to engineering or data workflows As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
