What You'll Do
- Lead the Micron Global, Regional, and Site Design and Construction project teams in developing engineering and design concepts for U.S.
- Greenfield FAB projects.
- Coordinate planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with Global and Regional Facilities, Site Facilities, Construction, Procurement, Operations, Manufacturing, IT, Layout and Planning, and other internal and external collaborators.
- Develop water and wastewater system designs to be incorporated into U.S.
- Design and Construction Projects.
- Establish and maintain outstanding engineering and construction practices, focusing on innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Review and provide feedback on Micron Global Design and Construction Standards and Construction Specifications.
- Provide support for project cost and schedule estimates.
- Support the development and maintenance of Micron Global system standards, specifications, and best-known methods.
- Analyze system designs for performance improvements, efficiency gains, reduced maintenance, and cost savings.
- Contribute to Global Sustainability Programs, including emissions, energy, water, wastewater, and green infrastructure design.
- Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Chemical, Process, or Environment Engineering. 7-10 years of technical expertise and experience in Facilities and Semiconductor Mechanical, Process, Chemical, Gases, Water, and Wastewater Systems.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 15-25% of the time, up to 30% during critical project phases.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated with 5+ years experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing and Facilities systems.
- Experience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes.
- The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $98,000.00 - $200,000.00 a year Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
