Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field. 4+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, industrial facilities, critically important infrastructure, or related engineering environments.
  • Technical knowledge in electrical power systems, including high-, medium-, and low-voltage distribution, emergency power systems, UPS systems, protection systems, and industrial electrical infrastructure.
  • Experience using digital technologies, data analytics, AI-integrated tools, or automation solutions to improve engineering efficiency, decision-making, and operational performance.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications Master's degree or equivalent practical experience in Electrical Engineering or a related area.
  • Power engineering specialization and experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
  • Experience developing engineering standards, specifications, reliability programs, or global standard procedures within a multi-site organization.
  • Knowledge of electrical system capacity planning, infrastructure expansion projects, and large-scale development and construction programs.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 15% on average and up to 25% during major project phases or critical site activities.
  • Experience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes.
  • The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $98,000.00 - $243,000.00 a year Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
