Senior Engineer, Assembly & Test Central QA

What You'll Do

• Organizing and leading MRB & Reprocessing meetings, ensuring Compliance to MRB / Rescreen Business Process & related QMS Driving accurate Containment Scope and Methodology and align with supply chain on recovery plan Drive risk-based disposition decision using in line / reliability data Prepare and present timely update GMRB executive summary to executive level Drive MRB effectiveness metrics and identify gap for continuous improvement Develop, Evaluate Tools to improve Processes, Effectiveness and Efficiencies Qualifications & Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to organize and structure data effectively Strong knowledge of Assembly & Test processes and failure modes Good organizational skills and sharp attention to detail Good written and oral communication skills Efficient computer and AI skills, e.g.
• Copilot, power BI, Microsoft Office Kit, snowflake etc.
• Knowledge of using statistical tools, Unix and JMP.
• Knowledge of semiconductor reliability testing Ability to work independently or in a group environment.
• Education and Experience: Minimum of Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering or related field of study About Micron Technology, Inc.
