Senior Director, Technology Engineering & Innovation (TE&I)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in infrastructure engineering, operations, platform engineering, or enterprise technology organizations.
• Experience leading large-scale global teams supporting mission-critical environments.
• Proven experience developing infrastructure strategy and executing large-scale modernization initiatives.
• Deep expertise across: Enterprise Networking Cloud Services Data Centers Database Technologies Infrastructure Operations Automation Platforms Reliability Engineering Experience leading geographically distributed teams and managing through organizational change.
• Strong business acumen, financial management, and vendor management experience.
• Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience leading cloud-first transformation programs.
• Experience implementing AI-driven operational capabilities.
• Proven success driving organizational transformation and culture change within complex global enterprises.
• Semiconductor or advanced manufacturing industry experience preferred.
