What You'll Do

  • Develop best in class candidate and new hire pre and onboarding experience.
  • Manage and lead a team of people services, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to understand the hiring needs and develop the support plan.
  • Administer the recruitment process, from job posting, interview scheduling, offer management to onboarding.
  • Support the development, definition, tracking, monitoring, and publishing of performance metrics.
  • Utilize tools and data to drive process improvements and automation.
  • Efficient management of queries and escalations received in a timely and accurate manner with sense of urgency.
  • Ensure team members are properly trained according to department compliance and work requirements.
  • Extends support to the team in problem solving and doing root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions.
  • Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment process, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
