Requirements

• / Requirements Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Materials Science, Quality Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, or related disciplines.
• Able to work 12 hour shifts.
• Must Have Technical Skills Basic data analysis skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Technical problem-solving.
• Ability to follow procedures and quality standards.
• Must Have Soft Skills Strong troubleshooting mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, teamwork and collaboration.
• Willingness to learn.
• Preferred Qualifications Exposure to quality systems, testing, inspection, or laboratory environments.
• Internship experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industries.
• AI Requirements Ability to responsibly utilize AI-enabled tools for analysis, documentation, and operational support.
