Procurement SAP S4 Hana Process Manager

What You'll Do

• Lead process transformation initiatives aligned with SAP S/4 Hana implementation. - Conduct workshops to map and analyze current and future-state procurement processes. - Benchmark industry best practices and integrate them into process designs. - Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to validate and refine process flows. - Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials. - Support change management, communication, and training efforts. - Drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities.
• Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Process Management, Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience in process transformation and optimization within ERP environments. - Strong understanding of procurement workflows and SAP S/4 Hana capabilities. - Familiarity with ECC legacy systems and transition planning. - Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement certification. - Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Figma). - Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. - Data fluency and ability to interpret process performance metrics. - Experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
