Process Technician, Advanced Packaging

What You'll Do

• Complete required safety training and consistently follow safety protocols during all work activities.
• Identify and resolve chronic inefficiencies through continuous improvement initiatives, training, or area suggestions.
• Review and prioritize Prod/Dev hold lots, escalating issues as needed to maintain workflow.
• Perform technical tests and experiments to support R&D engineering in semiconductor wafer fabrication.
• Set up and operate semiconductor processing equipment; monitor and guide line operators to ensure quality.
• Analyze test run data and prepare reports to assist engineering teams in identifying yield issues or validating new products.
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats, manage time and tasks to meet deadlines independently.
• Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 days on/4 days off and 4 days on/3 days off), progress between day and night shifts every 4 months, and adapt to different shifts and overtime as needed to support business operations.
• Must be capable of regularly lifting 25-40 pounds, which constitutes approximately 10% of the job duties.
• Capable of standing for long periods, walking up to 5 miles per shift, and performing light assembly tasks.
• Preferred Requirements: AAS or AS Degree and/or STEM-related degree or equivalent military training and experience 1+ year experience using SPC software (e.g., Minitab, JMP). 2+ years of industry experience or equivalent military training and experience​​. 2+ years experience identifying performance gaps and implementing strategic improvements.
