Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field 4–8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or process engineering Experience with cleanroom contamination control, including AMC/AMS monitoring, testing methods, and facility systems Strong understanding of analytical instrumentation, including accuracy, precision, detection limits, and system limitations Knowledge of semiconductor process areas such as etch, films, photolithography, wet processes, and CMP Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional projects and influence partners across teams Preferred Qualifications Experience in high-volume manufacturing (HVM) within contamination control, process development, or process integration teams Experience supporting or enabling new materials integration (NMI) workflows Experience applying or developing AI-driven solutions in manufacturing or engineering environments Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Effective communication skills with experience collaborating across global teams As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
