What You'll Do
- Quality Management System (QMS) Support Support the deployment and maintenance of Micron's Quality Management System (QMS) programs and standards.
- Assist in quality improvement initiatives to enhance process effectiveness and compliance.
- Participate in projects that strengthen operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Audit Coordination Support the planning and coordination of customer, and certification audits.
- Assist in preparing audit materials, tracking action items, and following up on corrective actions.
- Help ensure compliance with corporate requirements and industry standards.
- Customer Quality Support Assist in preparing quality-related information and documentation for customer audits and visits.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support customer quality requests and activities.
- Support communication between site teams and customers as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and support teams to achieve quality objectives.
- Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
- Build strong partnerships with both local and global teams.
