Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering field Senior Engineer level or higher with prior people leadership experience Minimum of 5 years of direct films experience in semiconductor manufacturing Proven experience leading teams and driving results across complex projects Strong technical communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience building and scaling new teams or manufacturing areas Background supporting high-volume manufacturing ramp or fab start-up Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across global organizations Experience presenting technical topics to senior leaders or large audiences Good understanding of Agentic AI or willingness to learn Agentic AI to help developed efficient workflow.
